She fell in love with the bridal industry after working as a bridal stylist for almost three years and eventually the Operations Manager at another bridal shop near Grand Rapids. While Lori realized her passion when working for larger corporate bridal shops, she soon discovered that her true passion was to open a modern, luxury bridal boutique to give her clients an intimate and unique experience. And that is how LeeAnne’s Luxury Bridal Boutique was founded.
There was no question on where the boutique would be located, as Lori is from Detroit she knew that she wanted her boutique to be in the heart of the city she loved. Known as Detroit’s Neighborhood Bridal Salon, the boutique truly offers a personal experience. Lori develops relationships with each bride, building trust, and ensuring that their childhood dreams are fulfilled.
I know firsthand that Lori is amazing at building trusting, authentic relationships with everyone she meets. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Lori on a Detroit stylized elopement in November. It was a blistering cold day in Michigan and Lori arrived with dresses in hand and the biggest smile on her face. Seriously, her smile is contagious. She made the client feel comfortable and confident, ensuring that the dress fit perfectly. Unlike many vendors during styled sessions, she stayed throughout the entire shoot. She walked around Detroit with the couple, helping them get from one location to another. Lori was not only helpful, but she was such a bright spot on a gloomy day, with her radiating smile and loving laughter.
After that event, I had another opportunity to work with Lori in the studio for her branding portraits. As always, she arrived with her glowing smile and fun personality. We laughed throughout the entire session as I documented her beauty. She is truly one of those genuine, authentic people who you love to be around. I can’t wait to work with Lori again in the future.
