Hannah and Brian's engagement session at Mill Race Park was the perfect way to wrap up my engagement sessions for 2022! The couple recently got engaged in October and after seeing me in action at a family member's wedding at Tandale Nature Barn, which you can see documented in this blog post, they sent me an inquiry and I am so glad they did!
We met at Mill Race Park where we could incorporate their vision for a rustic setting and be able to roam freely with their dog Teddy. There were a few leaves still hanging on the trees giving a glimpse of the last signs of a vibrant fall. With the winter chill in the air, the park was mostly desolate aside from a few passersby. I played country music for a little ambiance as we explored the park and we talked about how different the world seemed two years ago when Hannah and Brian met at the beginning of the pandemic but have remained inseparable ever since. Teddy, of course, looked so handsome in his plaid bandana and even would pose for the camera, as the best good boys do.
Both Hannah and Brian were born and raised in Michigan and I loved learning more about their love story and the plans they are making for their future together. It was heartwarming to see how much fun they have just by being together and how much Brian makes Hannah laugh. They are lighthearted, bubbly and were so much fun to spend the afternoon with!
