This lifestyle branding session at The Studio: Detroit with Koiya from KJK Photographs was incredible. It was my first time at The Studio Detroit and I will definitely be using their space again. The natural light and variety of backdrops are unbeatable. It's a unique space with a great vibe. It was also amazing to collaborate with another creative and capture her branding photographs. Koiya also captured some great branding headshots for me as well and I cannot wait to share them!
Koiya wanted to display who she is as a photographer, casual and down-to-earth! As a new mom, she wanted to showcase her mama swag because she absolutely loves being a mama. Koiya loves to laugh and play with clients as well and that is evident in her contagious smile in her photographs and fun-loving personality! During our session, we just laughed at random things and caught up on life during our shoot. Koiya and I have known each other forever, way before we were both photographers! So, it was nice to catch up and chat about what's next for our lives and businesses!
Documenting other creatives is a unique experience and ultimately an extremely fun experience! You can be creative together! I love documenting individuality and real emotion.
